How much space is needed for each workout?

Approximately 4.5 metres should cover it.

I live in an apartment/flat can I still use battle ropes?

We have many ladies who live in flats and apartments. They take them to the communal area or over the park. 

Is the programme vegan friendly?

Yes we cater for all foodie types.

I can’t eat fish. Is this going to be an issue?

Not at all. We have hundreds of recipes and thousands of variations that do not have fish in them. 

I’m very overweight. Can I still join?

Of course most of our participants are overweight and some extremely so. 

What types of food are on the programme?

We eat 5 times per day in the way of 3 meals and 2 snacks, 

There are tons of recipes, thousands of variations and we also teach you how to create your own in accordance with the rules 

EmpoweHer Weight Loss.

We cater for regular foodies, vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, fussy eaters and those with intolerances. 

Anyone can follow this plan ! 

Is alcohol allowed

While we encourage you to avoid alcohol during this period for optimal results, we recognize that total abstinence might not be practical for everyone. If you feel you can refrain from alcohol for 77 days, that’s fantastic! However, if you prefer a more balanced approach, we’re here to support you. You can choose to replace ONE snack per day with ONE alcoholic drink, up to a maximum of THREE times a week. This way, you can still enjoy social occasions and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

How long are the workouts?

They will take approximately 5-15 minutes per day and 30-45 minutes twice per week as a minimum. You can always do more if you wish

I'm not very fit, will I be able to manage the programme?

Yes, anyone can do our programme, regardless of the level of their current fitness. Your coach will help you get up to speed.

I’m not from the UK, can I still join?

Yes 100%, you can join in from anywhere in the world!

Can I do this programme if I have a holiday booked?

We fully recommend you do this programme when you can commit fully to it and not when you are going away.

What if I have had a C-Section?

Congratulations on your new addition! 

The beauty of this programme is it can be done solely on food alone if needs be (and alongside breast feeding, please refer to breastfeeding FAQ for more details) 

If you are still within your current recovery window but want to start, you can still follow the food plans and achieve incredible results and start your journey back to your pre-pregnancy body and more.

We have had new mums start the programme with 4 or 5 week old babies and completed it successfully with the most amazing results!

Please ensure before you start exercising, you have had your post op consultation and been given the all clear to resume physical activity. 

Once you are allowed to return to physical activity, we are happy to give alternatives for any exercise you are unable to or don’t feel comfortable doing. 

Injury’s and other Medical Problems

Your health and well being is your responsibility.

In the unlikely event that you incur an injury during the EmpowerHer Programme, please seek medical attention from your doctor or physiotherapist to ensure a quick recovery, and inform us so that we can support you.

Please do not train if you are seriously injured as this could prolong your injury and negatively impact your overall result. 

Should you need exercise advice, please get in touch with your Coach through the group and they will provide alternative exercises for you.

Is there a blue light discount?

We do not offer a blue light discount.

I can’t have photos of me posted on social media due to my company’s policy. Will this be an issue?

We do have members who cannot have their photos on social media for various reasons including religion too, we do however need an updated photo weekly for our records and to track your progress. These photos will only be seen by your Coach, and will never be posted online without permission.

If you don’t even want to do that then that’s of course your prerogative but if we can’t see you, we can’t help you if we need to change anything.
