Nutrition Plan

Welcome to the most delicious meal plan you would have ever tried. You'll receive large choice of delicious, easy to cook recipes, along with a meal planner so you know what to eat and when to eat it.  

We LOVE food!  We aren't here to starve you, that isn't sustainable. With our Programme you will be eating 5 times a day by way of meals and snacks

At EmpowerHer we want to educate you over the next 77 days and help improve your knowledge and relationship with food forever!

We offer meal plans for vegan and vegetarians too.

You will received new recipes every month and a weekly meal planner which guides you to making the most nutritional choice as well as choosing meals to your individual tastes

Exercise Programmes

The workout plans are designed for everyone. 

Our meal plans will help you get rid of your body fat, so it is important that we also strengthen your body with the right workouts.

 

Tailored Plans

Whether you're a beginner or seasoned gym-goer, the workout plans are adjusted to your fitness level.

 

Flexible Options

You can choose between a home workout plan or a gym-based one, making it accessible regardless of you comfort with the gym environment.

 

Exercises

You'll receive a structured fitness plan that includes daily exercises, weekly challenges,  and ab-focused workouts.

Here’s a quick breakdown of your routine:

Daily Exercises:

  • Perform 6 out of 7 days each week.
  • Consisting of three progressive exercises.

Weekly Challenges:

  • Complete these twice a week
  • These will be higher intensity , they are called challenge for a reason! 
  • Challenges change weekly

Abs Routine:

  • To be done every second day. 
  • New routine every week

You'll also receive instructional videos weekly to guide you through the exercises.

 

Required Equipment

For the home programme, you'll need to invest in a set of battle ropes and a set of weights, which we will recommend to you. 

 

Progressive Workouts

The workouts are designed to start at your current level and gradually become more challenging, helping you build strength and fitness quickly. 

It won't be long before you notice the health benefits. Increased confidence together with that 'feel good' factor as those endorphins are created as you workout. We are here to Empower YOU to a NEW YOU!

 

Commitment and Feedback

You're encouraged to send a video of yourself performing the challenges once a week for technical feedback and personalised advise.

We provide you all the information you require and we ask you to fully commitment to the programme. If you stick to it, you will see amazing results.
